Adrian Spidle of Meridian and Vernon Allen McHan Jr. of Biloxi, were married on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Ashley Austin officiating.
Parents of the couple are Michael and Doris Spidle of Meridian and Vernon Allen Sr. and Rachel McHan of Biloxi.
Grandparents of the bride are the late Harry and Edith Spidle of Coatopa, Ala., and the late Alton and Essie Tucker of Thomasville, Ala.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are T.A. and Kathryn McHan of Lake Village, Ark. and Lucille Smith of Eudora, Ark. and the late Lester Smith.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Joy Henson, pianist and Bethany Spidle, vocalist.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal white satin, strapless gown. The bodice was accented with beading of pearls and crystals. The skirt flowed into a sweeping train and she wore a veil of silk illusion that was anchored by a crystal and pearl tiara.
Cassandra Spidle and Bethany Spidle, both of Meridian were maids of honor.
Other attendants were Jami Wilson of Thomasville, Ala., Leslie Simms of Birmingham, Ala., McKenna Gray of Jackson, and Malaurie Robinson, junior bridesmaid of Enterprise. Katie Weir of Meridian was junior bridesmaid and Jody Robinson was aisle runner attendant.
Abigail Macaro of Fairhope, Ala. was flower girl.
The bridegroom’s father served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Stan Budraitis of Petal, Chad Stokes of Brandon, Paul Elmore, Derrick Fountain, and Brandon Gary, all of Biloxi.
Thomas Budraitis of Petal was ring bearer and Max Austin of Biloxi, was Bible bearer.
Rice bag attendant was Jenna Baugh.
Program attendant was Lindsey Marine.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Julie Rawson, Laurie Robinson and Morgan Robinson.
After a honeymoon to London, England, the couple resides in Biloxi.
