Moss, Sullivan

MERIDIAN —     Pamela Sullivan and Joseph Moss, both of Greenville, N.C., were married on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2013, at Yankee Hall Plantation in Pactolus, N.C., with the Rev. David Fambrough officiating.

    Parents of the couple are Alan and Linda Sullivan of Cary, N.C., and Richard and Cena Moss of Meridian.

    Grandmother of the bride is May Bonner of Hamilton, Scotland.

    Grandmother of the bridegroom is Mildred Coffendaffer of Wymore, Neb.

    Music for the ceremony was provided by Robert White, bagpiper.

    The bride wore an embellished, ivory satin, backless gown designed by Priscilla’s of Boston. To complete the ensemble, she donned her grandmother’s classic crystal necklace. Ms. Sullivan’s bouquet was an array of rich fall hues consisting of dark red hypericum berries, black magic roses, flame calla lilies, seeded eucalyptus as well as a single red carnation and the traditional Scottish thistle.

    Matron of honor was Lara Gurganus of Zebulon, N.C.

    Bridesmaids were Althea Sprosta and Nikki Mickelson, both of Greenville.

    Megan Heggie of Meridian, niece of the bridegroom, was flower girl.

    Best man was Nathan Gminder of Greenville.

    Groomsmen and ushers were Christopher Hastings of Greenville and Aaron Tucker of Cary, N.C.

    Program attendant was Ellen Tucker of Cary.

    A semi-formal reception was held in the Grand Ball Room following the ceremony. Music was provided by Greenville DJ Jason Boyd, and friend of the bridegroom,

    Assisting with the reception were Wanda and Willie Roberson, Val Conger and Barbara Ward.

    After a seven-day honeymoon cruise through the Western Caribbean, the couple resides in Greenville.
