Daves, Lucovich

MERIDIAN —     Jessica Lauren Lucovich and Bryce Steven Daves, both of Memphis, Tenn. were married Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013, at Christ United Methodist Church in Memphis, with the Revs. Scott Lees and Greg Spillyards officiating.

    Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Blane Andrew Lucovich of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. Gary Kermit Daves of Greenwood.

    Grandparents of the bride are Mr. James Bobby Everett and the late Mrs. Jessie Stewart Everett of Decatur, Mr. and Mrs. Peter A. Lucovich and the late Mrs. Alice Gressett Lucovich, all of Meridian.

    Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. Louis Joseph Naaman Jr. of Greenwood, Mr. James Coleman Daves of Holcomb, Mrs. Sarah Ann Daves of Carrollton, and the late Mrs. Omizelle Tullos Smith of Seattle, Wash.

    Music for the ceremony was provided by John Palmer, pianist and organist; David Schnell, vocalist; and Jamie Weaver, violinist.

    The bride wore an ivory gown with a sweetheart neckline that featured a belt embellished with crystals. She wore a long veil with matching crystals. She carried a bouquet of white roses with dusty miller accents.

    Maid of honor was Allison Leigh Lucovich, sister of the bride.

    Other attendants were Erica du Plessis Reeves of Meridian; Mary Katherine Shipp, Ellen Clarke Sawyer and Lauren Purnell Ridgway, all of Jackson; Brittney Daves of Greenwood; Natalie Edwards Carruth and Kaitlyn Colson Vassar of Memphis; Jessica McHan Sugg of West Point; Kristin King Lang and Anna Carol Lucovich, both of Brandon; and Mallory Elizabeth Herndon of Starkville.

    Jane Kimmell Buford of Conway, Ark. was flower girl.

    The father of the bridegroom was best man.

    Groomsmen were Harold Louis Coleman III of Schlater; Lewis Herman Buford IV of Conway; William Morgan Gulledge III of Oxford; James Andrew Hull, Robert Taylor Sawyer and Robert Allen McKnight, all of Jackson; Michael Allen Attaway Jr. of Dallas, Texas; Robert Benson Ford of Tupelo; Gregory White Sugg of West Point; and Thomas Joel McGraw of Madison.

    Landon Hayes Lucovich of Hernando was ring bearer.

    Program attendants were Taylor and Leah Thompson of Meridian.

    A reception was held at 409 South Main following the ceremony.

    After a honeymoon in Ambergris Caye, Belize, the couple resides in Memphis.
