Rose, Rawson
Maegan René Rawson of Meridian and Jeremy Joseph Rose of Collinsville were married on Saturday, April 28, 2007, at Midway Baptist Church with the Rev. Keith Grubbs officiating.
Parents of the couple are Joel and Cynthia Rawson of Meridian and Bobby and Dianne Rose of Collinsville.
Grandparents of the bride are Hal and Ouida Lee and Thurlow and Jenelle Russell.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are Lavern and Eunice Pigott and Leon and Gwen Rose.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Kathy Giles, pianist; Dusty Culpepper, violinist; and Susan Jones and Jeff Jones, vocalists.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless A-line white satin gown featuring a cuffed beaded bodice of pearls and crystals. The dress extended into a chapel-length train. Along with her bouquet of shades of pink and cream colored roses and other flowers, she carried her grandfather’s handkerchief.
Brooke Maye of Meridian was maid of honor. Matron of honor was Ashley Gibson of Meridian. Other attendants were Amy Frazier, Danielle Smith and Jessica Rose, all of Collinsville, and Elesha Smith of Meridian.
Hannah Grace Grubbs of Meridian was flower girl.
Adam McCraney of Hattiesburg served as best man. Groomsmen and ushers were Tyler Gibson, Eric Smith, Russ Williamson, Matt Schanrock and Steven Sullivan, all of Meridian, Hank Fairchild of Bailey, Chad Shedd and Jason Smith, both of Hattiesburg, and Randall Pigott of Picayune.
Program attendants were Briana Lee and Morgan Lee.
A reception was held in the church fellowship hall following the ceremony.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Mexico, the couple resides in Collinsville.
