Stiefel, Gregory





Kari Lea Gregory and Brett Lee Stiefel, both of Meridian, were married on Saturday, July 14, 2007, at Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church with the Rev. John A. Temple officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. William E. Gregory Jr. of Lauderdale, Kathi C. Gregory of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. Kevin L. Stiefel of Meridian.

Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Crawford of Meridian and Mr. and Mrs. William Gregory of Lauderdale.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. William F. Green of Shalimar, Fla. and Mrs. Harold E. Stiefel of Fort Walton Beach, Fla. and the late Mr. Stiefel.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Ann Craven, pianist; Abby Dennis, vocalist; and Mr. and Mrs. Alex Eller, violinists.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless white organza gown trimmed with Duchess satin and embroidered with English tulle overlays. An asymmetrical satin draped across the hips and the A-line skirt featured peaked embroidery on flowing organza. A satin band edged the hemline of the skirt, which fell into the a chapel-length train.

Katherine Shea O’Mire of Jackson served as maid of honor. Other attendants were Katherine Ann Autry and Cathy Lee Easterwood, both of Meridian, Keli Renee Gough of Birmingham, Ala., Brittany Hope Page of Jacksonville, Fla., Megan Elizabeth Payne and Megan Lee Robinson, both of Jackson, and Amber Nicole Richie of Collinsville.

Regen Elizabeth Landrum of Birmingham served as flower girl.

Kyle Aaron Stiefel of Meridian was best man.

Groomsmen and ushers were Allen Andrew Anderson of Ocean Springs, Christopher Michael Clark, Christopher Alec Jeffares and John Robert Pollman, all of Meridian, Bradley Allen Futch of Destin, Fla., J. Vance Grantham of Columbus and William Stanton Lauderdale of Tuscaloosa, Ala.

Program attendants were Catherine Dollarhide and Nikki Graham.

A reception was held at the church following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Eleanor Umphlett, Beverly Gallion, Jill Gavin and Lisa Matthews.

After a honeymoon in Seagrove Beach, Fla., the couple resides in Ocean Springs.
