Singleton, Strawbridge

Kimberly Strawbridge and Tyler Singleton, both of Meridian, were married on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at Meridian Little Theatre with the Rev. Jerry Read officiating.

Parents of the couple are Janis Strawbridge of Meridian, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Strawbridge of Centreville, Va., and Kenneth Singleton and the late Rena Santillano of Meridian.

Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. William R. White of Meridian, John T. Strawbridge and the late Florence Strawbridge of Titusville, Penn.

Grandparents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Murphy, Ray Tinsley and the late Betty Tinsley.

Music for the ceremony was provided by Total Entertainment of Alabama.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a diamond white strapless Alfred Angelo gown with a corset back. A broche of the bride's paternal grandmother was worn within the flower décor.

Matrons of honor were Kimberly Fontan of Meridian and Alison Campbell of Grenda. Maid of honor was Amanda Santillano of Meridian, sister of the bridegroom.

Other attendants were Heather Singley, Mandy Hopkins and Lindi Palmer, all of Meridian, Sherry Hearne of Toxey, Ala., Tina Joiner of D’iberville and Jamie Willis of Brandon.

Alexys Joiner of D’iberville was flower girl.

Nathan Easterwood of Meridian was best man. Groomsmen were Christopher Paul, Lee Santillano and William Ashley Brown, all of Meridian, Josh Thompson of D’iberville, Corey Blackwell of Kentucky, and Jason Strawbridge, brother of the bride.

Mason Easterwood of Meridian was ring bearer.

A reception and dance was held at Meridian Little Theatre following the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Carol Johnson and Eileen Shoemaker.

After a honeymoon in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple resides in Meridian.
