Noon The Meridian Police Department will hold a special ceremony in honor of the police officers who have died in the line of duty. The Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial Day service will be held at the Doughboy Monument on 23rd Avenue in downtown. The public is invited to attend to honor those who have died in the line of duty and to show their support for all local law enforcement officers.
