9 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. The Annual East Central Community College Expo for business, education, and healthcare will be held on the Decatur campus, in the Brackeen-Wood Physical Education Building. 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. Area 5 Special Olympics Track and Field Competition will be held at Meridian Community College. Call Steve Owen at (601) 693-2665. Spectators are welcome and bring a lawn chair. Athletes will be awarded ribbons and will qualify to advance to the State Games held at Keesler Air Force Base.
9 a.m.- 1 p.m. AARP Tax-Aide volunteers will e-file taxes free for low and middle income taxpayers. This service will be available at East Mississippi Electric Power Association, 2128 Highway 39 North.
