• 8:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. — The AARP 55 Alive Driver Safety Program, for persons 50 years old and older, will be held at the Enterprise Town Hall, 500 River Road, Cost is $10. The course will qualify citizens for a multi-year automobile insurance discount by some insurance companies. The course is taught by Charles Davis of Quitman.

• Noon - 1 p.m. — National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) will hold its regular meeting at Weems Community Mental Health Center, 1415 College Drive in Meridian. • 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. — Barbecue plates will be on sale for $6 each plate at the East Mississippi Electric Power Association, 2128 Highway 39 North. Tickets may be purchased at the front desk or from any team member. All proceeds will benefit Relay For Life and the American Cancer Society. EMEPA will deliver for 10 or more plates purchased.
