This service will be available at East Mississippi Electric Power Association, 2128 Highway 39 North. • 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. — The Loose Caboose Festival will be held in downtown Newton. Activities include a 5K run, entertainment, Memphis Barbecue contest, dog show, car, truck and motorcycle show, kid's zone, arts and crafts vendors and more. The course will qualify citizens for a multi-year automobile insurance discount by some insurance companies. The course is taught by Charles Davis of Quitman.
