The Meridian Community College Eagles were scheduled to host Shelton State Community College Thursday night at Scaggs Field, but the single game against the Buccaneers has been cancelled due to rain.

The Eagles will return to action this Saturday against Bossier Parish in a single game that is scheduled for 1 p.m. The game will be played in Jackson, MS at Smith-Wills Stadium. MCC is scheduled to play two more games to close out the 2013 regular season before traveling to Delgado to take part in the Region 23 Tournament on May 11-12.
