Russell clinches series, rolls past Heidelberg 12-1

    Jake Miller and the Southeast Lauderdale baseball team stayed undefeated in district play with a 10-0 win over Philadelphia Thursday night.

    Miller (6-0) gave up two hits over six innings while striking out six batters to earn the win for the Tigers.

    Zach Sciple led Southeast at the plate, going 2-3 with a two-run home run.

    Dylan Rivers and Cody Shirley were also 2-3 on the night, and Andrew Black contributed with a double in the win.

    With the win, the Tigers improve to 18-6 (8-0) on the season. Southeast will host Union at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
