Lance Strickland led the Lamar with 15 points while Brett Shaffer followed right behind with 14 points. Trevor Boling rounded out the Raider's double-digit scorers, as he chipped in with 10 points. Jerome Adkins and Clay Boman led Clarkdale with six points apiece. Lamar improved to 5-10 with the win.
Russell girls 42
Peyton Lippert led Russell Christian Academy with 22 points and eight rebounds. Adrian Dancy led Restoration with 16 points. Russell Christian improved to 10-8 with the win.
Southeast Lauderdale boys 58
Jarrett Jenkins led the Tigers with 26 points, while Dale Morris chipped in with 14 points. Jake Smith was also in double digits for Southeast Lauderdale with 11 points on the night.
The Tigers move to 7-6 and 1-0 in district and will host Raleigh Friday night.
Southeast Lauderdale girls 54
Tia Larkin led the Lady Tigers with 19 points and 10 rebounds, while Gabrielle Cole also had a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Southeast improved to 12-5 and 1-0 in district with the win.
Newton County girls 57
Northeast Jones 54
Latesia Davis led the Lady Cougars with 20 points, while Jayla Simmons led Northeast Jones with a game-high 27 points.
Newton County improved to 13-5 and 2-0 in district with the win.
Heidelberg Academy girls 53
Newton County Academy 12
Raven Chancellor led Heidelberg with 11 points, while Holly Jones and Autumn Mize had five apiece for N.C.A. The Lady Generals move to 2-7 with the loss.

Chance Collins led the Generals with 17 points and eight rebounds, while Nick Pennington added nine points and 11 rebounds as well. N.C.A improved to 8-5, 2-2 with the win and will host Lamar Christian Thursday.
Copiah Academy boys 72
Lance Strickland led Lamar with 13 points and was followed by Trevor Boling with 12. Lamar travels to Sylva Bay Thursday night.
Russell Christian Academy boys 53 OT
Southern Academy 43
Ashton Temple led the Warriors with 20 points while also adding eight rebounds, five blocks and four assists. Brett Boland also had a big day for R.C.A, scoring 16 points and recording rebounds.
The Warriors outscored Southern 14-4 in overtime to come away with the win
