West Lauderdale shuts down Noxubee



    A storm system that moved through the area this morning forced several local prep baseball and softball games to be postponed.

    The softball matchup between Northeast Lauderdale High School and Neshoba Central High School was cancelled. Currently, there is no decision on a possible makeup date.

    A matchup between Clarkdale High School and Lake High School was postponed. The game has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday.

    Additionally, a baseball contest between Southeast Lauderdale High School and Northeast Lauderdale High School was postponed. There has been no decision made for a possible makeup date, according to the Northeast baseball twitter account.
