6-8 p.m. — Women Who Win, a non-denominational gathering of women of faith, will hold its Summer Session Thursday, July 10, 2014, 6-8 p.m., at the Lauderdale Baptist Assn. Bldg., 5521 Clinton St., in Marion (one block from post office in Marion; turn onto Alamucha). The guest speaker will be Elaine Jones Pounds, a Meridian native who lives in Madison. She will be sharing the true joy of the Christian walk. The cost is $10 per person which includes a catered dinner. The deadline for reservations is July 7. This trio will sing many of their hits from the past such as, "OH, What a Mighty God", and many others including their newest song, "We're All Human."
