Signposts on the road to Armageddon

MERIDIAN — “Powerful Russian Ships Establish Largest Russian Presence Ever In Mediterranean." That headline looks a lot like the warships that could symbolize Daniel 11:40 which reads “The king of the north will storm out with …a vast navy.”

President Barack Obama’s decision not to attack Syria’s chemical weapons provided Putin and the Russian fleet an opportunity to move into the vacuum left by the withdrawal of U.S. warships.

Russia/Gog-Magog has established the largest Russian presence ever in the Mediterranean with the strongest firepower of any other force in the eastern and central area of the Sea. Russian warships are now present opposite Cyprus, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Egypt, the Suez Canal and Libya.

As we look at these conditions we see Ezekiel 38-39 where the world, today, is seeing the news that was spoken yesterday, in 573 BC. In fact the entrance of the Russian/GogMagog navy into the Middle East in alliance with Persia and other Islamic states is like reading a billboard sign. (Ezekiel 38)

America is working against her allied role with Israel and it appears as though the U.S. has endeavored to throw Israel under the bus in negotiations with the Palestinian Authority and arranged to broker a deal with Iran/Persia.

Daniel 8:23 makes a statement regarding the One World Leader that will arrive “in the latter time … when the king of fierce countenance shall stand up … and his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power, (Satan’s power): and he shall destroy wonderfully, he shall prosper, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people … and by peace (treaty) shall destroy many.”

This potential blood letting by the U.S. will bring into judgment the once great nation of the United States of America. What specifically did God say?

(Joel 3:2) "I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land."

Israelites have been scattered some 2,000 years by many nations and God will judge each. But, what about America? If Kerry causes a division of land, watch out, for judgment will come to those who “have divided My land.”

Israel Defense Force (IDF) radio and the Jerusalem Post says the U.S. has informed Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA) in the form of a threat to make a deal or Washington will propose its own solution to be issued in January 2014.

Orit Struck, a Member of the Knesset, says, John Kerry echoes the Palestinian stance and is not a fair negotiator. Struck’s conservative party has penned angry letters to Kerry. The U.S. is "threatening Israel with a third Intifada (Bloody Riot) if it refuses to negotiate to U.S. demands." When asked about removing Israeli soldiers from the areas of Judea and Samaria, lawmakers asked, "Whose side are you on, Mr. Secretary? Are you on the side of terrorists who are waging an Intifada against women and children? Are you on the side of the soldiers who are saving human lives?"

The Meridian Star headline on page B10, 11/10/13 which read, “Crisis brewing in Israeli-U.S. relations." Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he “utterly rejects” the emerging nuclear deal between western powers and Iran/Persia. Netanyahu called it a “bad deal” promising that Israel will do everything it needs to do to defend itself.

Netanyahu stated that “No amount of pressure will make me or the government of Israel compromise on the basic security and national interest of the State of Israel.”

Is the stage being set to see the invasion of Israel by Russia/Gog and Persia/Iran? Yes! Read Ezekiel 39:2 and find that only 1 out of 6 will live through the invasion.

Judgment will come to every nation that stands against Israel, including the U.S.A. Read this article and Joel 3:2.

The Palestinians want a designated land area and statehood. Isaiah 34 parallels Ezekiel 39 as the scripture reads. When you come against my people the “dead will be left unburied.” Even though you want a Palestinian state, “It will be called the Land of Nothing, and all its nobles will soon be gone.” (34:12)
