May 30-31

    Announcing “Meet Me in St. Louis” auditions! A large cast of all ages is needed for this family-friendly stage version of the memorable motion picture. The story, following a happy family’s life as they anticipate the wonders of the 1904 World’s Fair, features favorites like The Trolley Song, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas and The Boy Next Door. Audition dates: May 30 and 31 from 7-9 at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 4223 Poplar Springs Drive,  in Meridian. Prepare to sing 16 bars of a show tune (bring clearly marked sheet music). Questions? June 8

    7 p.m. — KUTLESS will perform at The Evangel Temple. Doors open at 6 p.m. Concert starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at iTickets.com or The Bible Bookstore in Meridian. Tickets are: $20 in advance; $25 at the door; $18 student tickets (with valid student ID); $15 group rate (10 or more).



June 10-14

    Wesley Chapel VBS will host a carnival June 10-14 from 5:30-8 p.m. at West Chapel UMC, 512 18th St., in Meridian. All ages are welcome. The church has classes for those age 2 to adult.
