    6 p.m. – The Perrys of Gallatin, Tenn., will be in concert at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Newton.  The church is located five miles north of Newton on Newton-Conehatta Road (4442 Newton-Conehatta Road). Sunday, Nov. 25

    2:30 p.m. – The Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church of Jachin, Ala., will observe its Annual Men's Day Program. The guest speaker will be the Rev. Tony Jordan, pastor of Pine Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Decatur. Musical Selections will be provided by the Mt. Pisgah Male Chorus, Pine Ridge Male Chorus and others. The theme will be: "The Role of Men in Today's Home, Church and Community," Ecclesiastes 12:13. Everyone is invited to attend. 

Friday, Nov. 30

    7 p.m. — Meridian native Kim Hill will share Christmas songs and stories with special guests William Myles & YPOP (Young People Of Praise) at the Temple Theater, 2320 Eighth St. All proceeds benefit the local Boys & Girls Club. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and are available at the Temple Theater and Squealer's Barbecue locations. Saturday, Dec. 1

    7 a.m.-2 p.m. – Antioch Southern Methodist Church WMS will have their annual “Mission Possible” bazaar at 11441 Center Hill Martin Road in the Martin community north of Collinsville. There will be crafts, home decorations, household items, entertainment items, children's toys and games, Christmas decorations, a bake sale and soup.     2:30 p.m. – Christian Fellowship in Yantley, Ala., will celebrate the Pastor Anniversary of the Rev. Robert L. Webb, Sr., and the first lady Meratha Webb.
