Evidence is strong that Satan lives in America today. With that statement the reader immediately wonders. Does this guy actually believe in a living Devil or a Satan that is active?
The evidence of this devious angelic being is described by the secular media that provides stories, almost daily, of his heinous and bazaar evil events that disturb every citizen in this country as demon activity permeates throughout the American society.
There was a day when Jesus told John to write a letter to the “angel of the church in Pergamos,” (Rev 2:13) which says "I know that you live in the city where Satan has his throne, yet you have remained loyal to me.” That could be the same warning message to America today, from the God in Heaven.
The news media headline, the day after Mother’s Day, was titled, “Police vow to solve shootings of 19 in New Orleans” (AP). There are copy cats who repeat the happenings that occur throughout the land that are evil and seek attention. The NLT reads (in Judges 17:6) and with the scripture slightly adjusted, “In those days America had no king (GOD); all the people did whatever seemed right in their own eyes.” That minor change makes the reading personal and directs our understanding of the Age and Time.
Another murder incident took place at Sandy Hook School in Newtown, Connecticut that was a nightmare when it happened and it has continued for that community ever since Dec. 14, 2012. The Bible says, “In the last days perilous times shall come.”(2 Tim 3:1)
Psychologists, physicians and ministers of the gospel will provide counseling for those who experienced the Sandy Hook tragedy. These things happened because men “resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith” are at the hands of Satanic power that demeans the mind of men.
A Biblical solution and counseling is not likely with the money flow from the government where statistics indicate that most people do not even believe in the God effect. The government continues to protect the crazy, which I profoundly respect. However, there should be a tracking pool, second opinion requirement and identification where mental needs are concerned. Yes, I think I know where Satan lives.
The recent release of information about the torture experience of the three woman captives could cause a group to design a bumper sticker that creates the slogan, “Castrate Castro.” This could be the rallying cry of America as Ariel Castro of Cleveland, Ohio, kidnapped three or more victims to sexually abuse and torture. The investigation of these crimes continue regarding the possible murder of other abductees. “Evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” (2 Tim 3:13)
Billy Sunday, the great evangelist of yesteryear preached a sermon, “Pay Day Someday” that will bring a theme judgment to this man at the conclusion of this crime. Yes, I think I know where Satan lives.
Jesus was quoted by Matthew when he taught that in the last days before the end of time “lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.” Yes, I think I know where Satan lives.
