Wednesday morning after the election I awoke at 5 a.m. and said, “God, WHY?” And God said to my spirit, “There is so little time before I act on My promise made many years ago. Signs and wonders are everywhere, but My people must have knowledge of the prophetical message that Messiah is coming.” Jesus said in John 16:13, “When the Spirit of truth comes … He will tell you about the future.” “Further, I want you to know what I have planned. “
God controls the course of world events; God removes kings and sets up other kings. God gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the scholars. (Daniel 2:21) Is God oblivious to this Nation that I have loved the many years of my life? NO! NO! A thousand times NO! God would have us know that we have not chosen nor rejected any man, but we have rejected Him. He is the God who himself saved each of you out of all your adversities. (I Samuel 10:19) God is so rich in mercy, and he loves us so much he gave us life when he raised Christ from the grave. (Ephesians 2:4)
It appears that as a nation the majority of America is asleep and is oblivious to the reality of GOD life.Life will go on and those who continue in the light of God must tune their spirit to hear the “still small voice of God.” Praying to God from a cave the prophet Elijah said in 1 Kings 19:10, “the people…have broken their covenant with you, torn down your altars…and I am the only one left.”
God said to Elijah, "Go out and stand before me on the mountain” and as Elijah obeyed, God passed by! A mighty windstorm hit the mountain! A terrible blast so strong that the rocks were torn loose! Wind became violent. After the wind there was an earthquake, and a fire! But, after the fire, there was the sound of a gentle whisper and Elijah heard it! God whispered, “What are you doing here?” He again asks the question to Christian America, “What are you doing here? Leave this cave and go back to where you were America.”
"Go back the same way you came.” From 1 Kings 19:16 God says your time is short Elijah. I want you to anoint Hazael, king of Syria, anoint Jehu, King of Israel and finally anoint your replacement, Elisha, as my prophet. Elijah never anointed Hazael, nor Jehu, but he placed the anointing upon Elisha to carry out the work of God. This happened when King Ahab was chasing Elijah to kill him and Elijah said, “I am the only one left.”(1 Kings 19:10) But God said to Elijah, “I have 7,000 others in Israel who have never bowed down to Baal or kissed him!" Look around you, God has many warriors in the tent of prayer.
Elijah was raptured up into heaven in a fiery chariot and never faced death. The mantle of Elijah fell to Elisha and as he stood by the bank of the Jordan, Elisha smote the waters and uttered a question from his lips. Where is the Lord God of Elijah? (2 Kings 2:14) He is there, on the coffee table, in the closet or wherever you as a believer left him. God will usher in this year, physical miracles and healings that have been unseen in this generation. The blind shall see. The deaf shall hear. America will see the hand of the Lord.
When leaving Israel this past spring the young Jewish attendant asked about my ailments and why I was in Israel. I told him I was a student of the Jewish Torah, the Pentateuch, the Psalms, the prophets and that the Messiah was coming soon. The immediate question was, “When?” My answer was I don’t know for sure, but in your generation. Yes, Messiah is coming. You will see HIM face to face.
