June 8

    7 p.m. — KUTLESS will perform at The Evangel Temple. Doors open at 6 p.m. Concert starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at iTickets.com or The Bible Bookstore in Meridian. Tickets are: $20 in advance; $25 at the door; $18 student tickets (with valid student ID); $15 group rate (10 or more).



June 10-12

    The Little Zion MB Church is having Spring Revival on June 10-12 at 7 p.m. The speaker will be Rev. A.C. Rush of Philadelphia. The public is invited to attend.



June 10-14

    Wesley Chapel VBS will host a carnival June 10-14 from 5:30-8 p.m. at West Chapel UMC, 512 18th St., in Meridian. All ages are welcome. The church has classes for those age 2 to adult.



Friday, June 14

    Guy Penrod, an award winning Gospel vocalist, will be performing at Northpark Church in Meridian on Friday June 14th at 7 p.m.  Doors open at 6 p.m.  General Admission: $20 at the door. $18 throughout June 13. Northpark Church is located at 7770 Highway 39 N. in Meridian. Following 14 years with the legendary GRAMMY and Dove Award-winning Gaither Vocal Band, Penrod released his Servant Records/Gaither Music Group solo debut, Breathe Deep, in 2010, setting a benchmark for country recordings within the Christian marketplace. His latest project, Hymns, was the top-selling Southern Gospel album of 2012, as well as last year’s best-selling Gospel recording in Cracker Barrel Old Country Stores nationwide.



Saturday, July 13

    “ Evening of Praise & Worship Celebration” beginning at 5 p.m.

at First Enterprise District Baptist Association Building, 500 East Dogwood Street, Heidelberg, Miss.

    The Guest Speaker will be Rev. Willie Jones, Pastor of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Morton, along with his choir and church family.
