    • NorthPark Church hosts several support groups each week. Griefshare meets Mondays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Single & Parenting meets Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Divorce Care meets Wednesdays 6:30 to 7:30. NorthPark Church is located at 7770 Highway 39 North in Meridian, just across from the North East Middle School.

Wednesday, Jan. 8

    6:30 p.m. — Liberty University’s premier worship band, Crimson Flood, will be in concert at Faith Baptist Church. With a bold sound and unique musical diversity, this group effectively bridges the gap between generations of worshipers, making them a favorite among churches everywhere. Join us for this exciting worship experience.  The concert is free; however, a love offering will be taken for Crimson Flood. Faith Baptist Church is located at 5050 Hwy 19 North, Meridian. Jan. 19

    7 p.m. — The Kingsmen of Chandler, NC, will be in concert at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Newton. The church is located at 4442 Newton-Conehatta Road (5 miles North of Newton). A love offering will be received.For more information, call 601-896-2249 or 601-683-3928.



Jan. 31

    7 p.m. — Cooper’s Chapel Church, Highway 511 East of Quitman, will host Ivan Parker in concert. Tickets are on sale now at Oates Monument,108 N. Archusa Ave., in Quitman, Hometown Treasures, Quitman, and The Bible Book Store, 820 23rd Ave., Meridian. Tickets can also be purchased from Dianne Holloman, Rhonda Kelly, Chasity Hamrick and Kristen Oates. Tickets available at the door if seats are still available. Artist’s Circle Tickets available only at Oates Monument location. Tickets:Artist’s Circle - $20, General - $15. For more information, call 601-776-5311.
