MERIDIAN — Van Dees had hunted a large buck for three years. He took the trophy on December 29 from a ground blind at 80 yards. The 202 pound buck had antlers measuring a total of 151 inches.

Scott Dillon displays his first Nebraska muzzleloader buck harvested during the recent Nebraska season.

With the bass spawn approaching, anglers will be searching for a monster bass like Mike Giles caught during a spring outing. The big bass topped the 12 pound mark!
