Ellouise Sikes Saget

MERIDIAN — Funeral services for Ellouise Sikes Saget will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Memory Chapel with burial to follow at Lake Park Hills.  Memory Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Saget, 88, died Sunday, September 29, 2013, at her residence in Laurel.

    She was born in Meridian on Nov. 29, 1925. She was a homemaker and medical secretary.

    Survivors include her husband of 69 years, Douglas Boyd Saget; son, Don Saget and wife, Carol; one brother, Winfred Sikes; one sister, Sally Gough; two grandsons, Brad Saget and wife Lenore and Craig Saget and wife, Anita; four great grandchildren, Jessica Saget, Jacob Saget, Ellie Saget, and Lillie Saget; one great great grandchild, Brayden Saget; and many nieces and nephews.

    She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Sikes and her son, Gary Lynn Saget.

    Pallbearers will be Brad Saget, Craig Saget, Shot Sikes, Harold Gough, Mickey Gough, and Robin Gough.

    Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the service time at Memory Chapel.
