Elizabeth Shirley Flurry Lee

Services for Elizabeth Shirley Flurry Lee will be held today at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church in Clinton with the Rev. Dr. Bob Rambo officiating. Burial will be in Sandtown Cemetery in Philadelphia. McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Lee, 77, of Clinton, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at St. Dominic's Jackson Memorial Hospital in Jackson.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in Clinton, 100 Mt. Salus Dr., Clinton, MS 39056.

Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service at the church.



W.G. Brunson

PHILADELPHIA

Services for W. G. "Glyn" Brunson will be held today at 1 p.m. at John E. Stephens Chapel with the Revs. Gene Higginbotham and Phillip Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Cedarlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Brunson, 84, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, in his home. He retired after more than 20 years of service as the Fire Chief of the Philadelphia Fire Department.

Survivors include his son, Billie Hunter; two sisters; one brother; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife and a son.



Lottie Burrow

Services for Lottie "Lea" Burrow will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Hal Ethridge officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Burrow, 79, of Meridian, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Goodwater Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Ray S. Burrow of Meridian; a daughter, Joyce Allen and her husband, Ernest, of the Causeyville Community; sons, Gene McGrew and his wife, Sandra, of Vancleave and Robert McGrew and his wife, Vickie, of Collinsville; a step-daughter, Pamela Weise and her husband, Mike, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one sister, Ola Jean Parker of Newton.

She was preceded in death by her step-son, Boyd Burrow; a sister, Elvie Todd; brothers, T.O. Crenshaw, Ted Crenshaw and Billy Ray Crenshaw.

Pallbearers will be Pete Ethridge, A.L. Burrow, Kenneth Boardman, Odell Crenshaw, Wayne Roberts and Ricky Burrow.

Visitation will be today from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.





Nell Bryan Sirmon

MERIDIAN

Services for Nell Bryan Sirmon will be held Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Malcolm Lewis officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Sirmon, 69, of Meridian, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.

She was a member of Northcrest Baptist Church in Meridian and lived in Mobile, Ala. for many years. She was a long standing member of the largest ladies Mardi Gras Society in Mobile.

Survivors include her son, Danny Sirmon and his wife, Ann, of Mobile; a grandson Forbes Sirmon of Mobile; a brother, Owen Bryan and his wife, Linda, of Collinsville and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Annice Dobbs.

Memorials may be made to Northcrest Baptist Church-Katrina Relief Fund in Meridian.

Visitation will be Wednesday 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.



Glennie McDaniel Ray

Services for Glennie McDaniel Ray will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jennifer Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.

Mrs. Ray, 77, of Meridian, died Monday, Feb. 13, 2006, at The Regency Hospital of Meridian. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her sons, William "Lindy" Ray and his wife, Liz, and David G. Ray and his wife, B.J., all of Meridian; a daughter, Mary K. Shannon and her husband, Dr. George W. Shannon III of Meridian; a sister, Maruerite McDaniel Andrews, of Fairhope, Ala. and grandchildren, Zoe Nicole Shannon, Elizabeth Michelle Ray, David Mitchell Ray and William Zirkle Ray II.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. William Zirkle Ray in 1995; parents, Dr. and Mrs. Joseph McDaniel of York, Ala.; brothers, Joseph Morris McDaniel, Lawrence Ward McDaniel and Leonard Edmonds McDaniel.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.

Pallbearers will be Dr. Charles Ray II, Joe McDaniel, Mark Andrews, Lawrence Ward McDaniel Jr., Dr. Edmonds McDaniel, Thomas McDaniel, Richard McDaniel and her son-in-law, Dr. George W. Shannon III.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
