Justin E. Burnett Jr

MERIDIAN —          Services for Justin E. Burnett Jr. will be held Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at a later date, with Stephens Funeral Home of Meridian in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Burnett, 71, of Meridian, went to his eternal home on Friday, March 8, 2013, at Anderson Regional Hospital.

    Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Carolyn White Burnett of Meridian; a son, Justin E. Burnett III and his wife, Linda, of Arizona; a daughter, Julie Burnett Morton and her husband, Michael, of Arizona; two grandchildren, Miranda Burnett Grace and her husband, James, and Sierra Burnett; a step-daughter, Stella Joles and her husband, Frank, of Meridian; two step-grandchildren: Jodi and Matt Joles; and two sisters,  Elizabeth Hagan of Mandeville, La., and Laverne Williams of Chipley, Fla.

    He was preceded in death by his parents:  Justin E. Burnett, Sr and Nora Laverne Crain Burnett.  

    Visitation will be on the day of services, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m., at the funeral home.
