Rex Hugh Chandler


    Rex Hugh Chandler, 57, a resident of Wetumpka, Ala., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. Graveside services will be held today at 10 a.m. from Greenwood Cemetery with Dr. Jay Wolf officiating. Visitation will be 9:15 a.m.-10 a.m. prior to the service at Leak-Memory.

    Survivors include: his mother, Ima Jean Chandler; sister, Patti Chandler Bartgis (Tim); brother, Carey Macon Chandler (Jane); niece, Mary Katherine Leger; nephews, Macon & Zac Chandler and Michael & Wilson Chandler.

    Mr. Chandler was preceded in death by his father, Robert H. Chandler and a brother, Michael Chandler.      The family requests memorials be made to the School of Agriculture at Auburn University.
