Kelli Anna Miller-Manis

MERIDIAN —     GILBERTOWN, Ala. - Services for Kelli Anna Miller-Manis will be held Sunday, at 4 p.m., at Heritage Church of God in Gilbertown, with Rev. Leon Ross and Rev. Clovis Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Butler Cemetery in Butler with Phillips Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Kelli, 17, of Meridian, Miss., passed away following an automobile accident. She was planning to attend college at MCC this fall. She was a member of the Meridian Gymnastics as well as the Meridian All Star Elite Cheerleaders. On Aug. 2, 2011, there was a marriage commitment service held between Kelli and Ricky Manis. They had planned to be married on Aug. 19, 2011, at Evangel Temple.

    Survivors include her father, Bobby Dale Miller of Needham; mother, Sabrina Miller of Meridian, Miss.; husband, Ricky Manis of Little Rock, Miss.; one sister, Elana Miller of Yuma, Ariz.; and grandmother, Louise Miller of Needham.

    She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Cliff and Eloise Reynolds; grandmother, Anna Swetnam; and grandfather, Staples Miller.

    Pallbearers will be Jerry Chapman, Justin Skelton, Jacob Carney, Megan Carney, Ricky Manis, Waylon Busby, Bo Turner, and Bobby Miller.

    Visitation will be held Sunday, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., at Heritage Church of God.

    A memorial service was held on Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, at Evangel Temple in Meridian.
