Harold Dean McMullan

QUITMAN —     Services for Harold Dean McMullan will be held Wednesday, at 10 a.m., at Wright's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Jeffers officiating. Burial will be in Stonewall Cemetery with Wright's Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

    Mr. McMullan, 78, of Stonewall, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was veteran of U.S. Marines and served in Korean War.

    Survivors include his son, Randy McMullan and wife Ruby; two daughters: Teresa McMullan, and Melinda Gurry and her husband Mike; six grandchildren: Matthew McMullan, Justin McMullan and wife Courtney, Audrey Fisher, Megan Harrison, Brooke Harrison and Tyler Sellers; one great-grandchild, Addison Hand; and one brother, James McMullan.

    He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley McMullan; parents, Clifton Dunnigan McMullan and Cleo Mildred Clark McMullan; brothers: Lamar McMullan and Willard McMullan; and sister, Evelyn Broadwell.

    Pallbearers will be Matthew McMullan, Justin McMullan, Cliff McMullan, James McMullan, Karl McMullan and John R. Davis.

    Visitation will be today, after 5 p.m., at the funeral home.
