Bernon Rupert “B.R.” Perry

MERIDIAN —     Graveside services for Bernon Rupert “B.R.” Perry will be held today, Wednesday, at the Ebenezer Cemetery at 10 a.m. with Rev. Michael Perry and Rev. Jonathan Bost officiating. Bumpers Funeral Home of Butler will be in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Perry, 98, of Pennington, Ala., passed away Monday, May 5, 2014 at his residence. He was a U.S. Marine World War II Veteran.

    In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pennington.
