Wanda Jean Howton


    A visitation for Wanda Jean Howton will be held today, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Robert Barham Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Howton, 50, of Meridian, died Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was born May 2, 1962. She lived in Selma, Ala., until moving to Meridian in 1984.

    Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Edwin Howton; daughter, Tylier Roberts and husband Ricky; three grandchildren: Peyton Roberts, Katie Roberts, and Solomon Roberts; her parents, Joe and Fran Strickland; brothers: Frankie Strickland and Lee Dement; and, sisters: Connie Hopkins and Melissa Stough.
