Services for Janie Gibson Camp Wright will be held Wednesday, at 10 a.m., at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Jones and Dr. Richard Wallace officiating. Burial will be in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Wright, 83, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at Golden Living Nursing Center. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church for over 60 years where she taught classes of all ages, and served on most every committee. She also sang in the choir and played the piano. She was a member of the WMU and enjoyed making quilts. Mrs. Wright was an excellent cook and seamstress. She retired from Sears, Roebuck and Company where she held the position of Division Manager for many years. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, Gerald Wright; sisters: Sara Gibson and Julia Chambers; sister-in-law, Bobbie Gibson; daughter, Sandra Little and her husband David; grandson, Dave Little and wife Beth; great-grandchildren: Chandler Little, Meg Little and Trey Little, all of Meridian; step-children: Sandra Suggs and husband Sam of Columbus, Wayne Wright and wife Pat of Meridian, Cheryl Edwards and husband John of Mendenhall, and Don Wright and wife Terri of New Jersey; step-grandchildren: Angie Flye and husband Randy, Jenny Taylor and husband Robbie, Melissa Mayatt and husband Andy, Archie Wright and wife Tanya, Tyler Wright, Jonathan Edwards and wife Tara, Nichole Wright, Elwyn Gray and husband Williard of Jackson, and Susan Holmes of Jackson; great-step-grandchild, Jeremy Gray; and, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Verdie Gibson; brother, James A. Gibson; sister, Grace Childrey; and, husbands: Rupert H. Camp and Talmadge Wright.
Pallbearers will be Mike Ethridge, Terry Harper, Mark McDonald, Gerald Wayne Thompson, and nephews, Scott Albanese, James Gibson, Jimmie Gibson and Chris Harper.

Visitation will be today, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., at the funeral home, and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
