W. L. “Bill” Higginbotham

MERIDIAN —     PHILADELPHIA — Services for W.L. “Bill” Higginbotham will be held Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 4 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Duaine Morgan and Rev. Tom McCurley officiating.  Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia is in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Higginbotham, 85, died Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Mississippi State Veterans Home in Kosciusko.

    He retired after 30 years from the U.S. Army as Command Sergeant Major,

having served in World War II, The Korean Conflict and Vietnam.
