Erma Lee Fulton Escobar

MERIDIAN —    PHILADELPHIA - Services for Erma Lee Fulton Escobar will be held Saturday, at 11 a.m., at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lawrence Pool officiating. Burial will be in Coy Methodist Cemetery in Preston with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mrs. Escobar, 86, of Preston, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at Regency Hospital of Meridian. She was a native of the Lynville community in Kemper County and had been a resident of Neshoba County since 1993. Mrs. Escobar attended Coy United Methodist Church.

    Survivors include her daughter, Joanne Parker of Preston; son, David Parker (Marylynn) of Davie, Fla.; four grandchildren: Brooke Richardson of Preston, Zachary Parker, Blake Parker and Haley Parker, all of Davie, Fla.; one great-grandchild, Sarah Richardson of Preston; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Manny Escobar; an infant daughter; parents, Lee and Geneva Fulton; sisters: Eva May Fulton, Erlene Fulton and Ellie Teer; and, brothers: David, Clyde, Laverne and Howard Fulton.

    Visitation will be Friday, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., at the funeral home.
