MONROEVILLE, Ala. – Services for Deborah Turk Murray were held Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at the Chapel of Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Dunn officiating. Burial was in Kelley Cemetery in Thomasville, Ala. with Johnson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Deborah Murray, age 62, of Franklin, Ala., died Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014. Mrs. Murray was a native of Monroeville, but had lived in Franklin for a number of years. She was a 1970 graduate of Excel High School and had worked as a machine tender in the paper industry.
She is survived by her son Brandon Murray, of Meridian, Miss.; one daughter, Chelsa Jarman Clark, of Meridian; one brother Carl Turk, of Meridian; and two grandchildren Cailen and Jabie Murray both of Meridian.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Rosie Kelley Turk; her husbands, Joe Jarman and Elvin “Chubby” Murray; and a brother Jerry Turk.
