Dencil A. Blount

MERIDIAN —

    PHILADELPHIA—Services for Dencil A. Blount will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Gawda and Rev. Andy May officiating.  Burial will be in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County with McClain-Hays Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Blount, 86, of Carthage, died Friday at his residence.

    He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

    Visitation will be today, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia.
