The Meridian Star
Betty Pearl Johnson, 77, of Quitman, passed away on July 11, 2013 at Infinity Hospice.
Betty loved cooking for family and friends, nothing could top her peas and cornbread dressing. Her home was always open as a place to share a slice of lemon pound cake or simply relax and enjoy the sights of her beautiful flowers and the hummingbirds that visited. She loved to be on the go, spending time in fellowship with her church family, listening to live music with her friends, and visiting people in the community. God's love flowed through Betty to bring joy to the lives of everyone she met.
