Thurman L. Nordan

MERIDIAN —     Graveside services for Thurman L. Nordan will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Spring Valley Cemetery in Mathiston, Miss. with Rev. Wade Stevens officiating. Bumpers Funeral Home of York is in charge of arrangements.

    Mr. Nordan, 88, of Mathiston, passed away Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 at Sumter Health and Rehabilitation in York, Ala. He was a U.S. Army World War II Veteran.

   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Friend’s of the Arts at PO Box 802, Livingston, AL 35470.

    Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Mathiston.

    Visit to sign the online register and post condolences to the family.
