John M. Anderson

MERIDIAN —             Services for John M. Anderson will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Unity Springs Baptist Church, DeKalb, with Rev. Wadell Tanksley officiating. Burial will be in Unity Spring Baptist Church Cemetery with Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

            Mr. Anderson, 71, of DeKalb, died Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center.

            Survivors include his siblings: Elsie Barnes, Marva Shelby, Curtis Anderson, James Anderson and Dwight Anderson.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, J. C. and Omeria Anderson and siblings: Johnnie Pearl Williams, Riley J.C. Anderson, Ocie Ella Payton and Doris Hayes.

            Visitation will be Saturday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Unity Spring Baptist Church.
