Dot Pinter

MERIDIAN —     Services for Dot Pinter will be held today, Tuesday, at 2 p.m. at Milling Funeral Home of Union with burial in the Neshoba Cemetery. Dr. Kevin Meador will officiate with Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements.

    Ms. Pinter, 88, of Union, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014 at Specialty Hospital of Meridian.

    Survivors include three daughters, Betty Smith and husband Lonnie of Union, Janis Pilgrim and husband Dwight of Union, Cathy Rayner and Tim Johnson of Bay Springs; six grandchildren: Leanne Hollingsworth and husband David, Todd Pilgrim and wife Kristie, both of Union, Angie Bryan and Tim Stanford of Hickory, Luke Rayner and wife Carrie of Bay Springs, Courtney Stringer and Joe Hudson of Ocean Springs, and Jana Smith; 16 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews; a good friend, Rachel and all of her family and friends at Congregate Housing.

    Ms. Pinter was preceded in death by parents, James and Jessie Sudduth; father of her children, James Ladell Holder; second husband, Harlen Pinter; four sisters, Hettie Pitts, Jewel Houge, Evelyn Jones and Onie Grace Majure; three brothers, Henderson Sudduth, Rozeoliver Sudduth and Theodore Sudduth.

    Pallbearers will be Todd Pilgrim, Luke Rayner, David Hollingsworth, Tyler Hollingsworth, Zach Hollingsworth, and David Tate

    Visitation will be held today, Tuesday, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., at Milling Funeral Home Chapel.
