Opal Gressett Dills
Services for Opal Gressett Dills will be held today at 2 p.m. at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Dills, 73, of Vancleave, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, in Ocean Springs. She was a longtime resident of Vancleave and a native of Meridian.
Survivors include her daughters, Yvonne Glenn and Rhonda Roberts, both of Vancleave; a sister, Kathleen Gressett Fontaine of Pensacola, Fla.; a brother, Fred B. Gressett Jr. of Meridian; 10 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eleck Dills and a son, Roger Crews; parents, Fred and Annie Boswell Gressett.
Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service at the church.
Charlie S. Kilgore
Graveside services for Charlie S. Kilgore will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Center Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Donald Gentry officiating. James F. Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Kilgore, 88, of Meridian, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, in his home.
Survivors include his wife of more than 67 years, Minnie Pauline Kilgore; sons, John Lee Kilgore, Danny Ray Kilgore and his wife, Judy and Roy Seal Kilgore; a daughter, Charlotte Keeton and her husband, Lucky; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his children, Lonnie Kilgore, Mammie Kilgore, Betty Lou Harris and Bryan Kilgore.
William H. Marsh
PHILADELPHIA — Services for William H. Marsh will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Billy Whisenant and Mack Baker officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery in the Stephenstown Community of Neshoba County.
Mr. Marsh, 75, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, at the G. V. “Sonny”
Montgomery Veterans Administration Medical Center in Jackson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean War.
Visitation will be held today from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

PHILADELPHIA — Services for Kenneth David Cotton will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Bogue Chitto Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Bogue Chitto Community Cemetery in Philadelphia. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Cotton, 38, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at Choctaw Health Center in Choctaw.
Survivors include his wife, Gail Cotton; parents, Hazel and David Cotton; a daughter, Sky Frazier and a son, McKenley Cotton; two sisters; two brothers, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by an infant sister.
Marina McCarty

Services for Marina McCarty will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Spiritual True Holiness Church of God in Shubuta with the Rev. Kenneth Dunnigan officiating. Burial will be in Cokes Chapel Cemetery. Berry and Gardner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McCarty, 91, of Shubuta, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home in Quitman.
Johnny Earl Campbell
Services for Johnny Earl Campbell will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Darryl Fluker officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Blackwater Cemetery.
Mr. Campbell, 53, of Meridian, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 p.m.- 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Arrangements were incomplete at Clark’s Memorial Funeral Home for Mance Bell, 84, of Boligee, Ala., who died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis, Ala.
Jewel A. May
Arrangements were incomplete at James F. Webb Funeral Home for Jewel A. May, 94, of Garland, Texas, who died Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, at Richardson Regional Hospital in Richardson, Texas.
