Bonna Lynn “Buck” Hastings

Services for Bonna Lynn “Buck” Hastings will held Tuesday, Sept. 4 at 1 p.m. at Barham Chapel. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery with Barham Funeral Home in Meridian in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hastings, 71, of Meridian, died Sunday, Sept. 2, 2007 at Rush Hospital

Survivors include sons, Bonna Lynn Hastings Jr., of Deland, Florida, and James E. Hastings, of Lauderdale, three granddaughters and two great grandchildren. Two sisters, Virginia Harris, of Meridian and Peggy Davis, of Orange City, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four brothers, his parents and a granddaughter.

Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 3 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Barham Funeral Home.



Sadie Martin Lee Robinson



Quitman — Services for Sadie Martin Lee Robinson will be held Monday, Sept. 3 at 11 a.m. at Sandy Haven Church with reverends Raymond Martin and Keith Boggan officiating. Burial will be at the Sandy Haven Church Cemetery with Wright’s Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Robinson, 88, of Enterprise, died Aug. 31, 2007 at her home.

Survivors include on son, Joe Mack Lee, of Stonewall, and daughters, Joyce Robinson, Patsy Acreman, and Shiela Phillips, all of Enterprise. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and numerous special children.



Deborah Joyce Elam



Quitman — Graveside services for Deborah Joyce Elam will be held Monday, Sept. 3, at 3 p.m. Rooling Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with reverends Ronnie Cooper, Arlis Nichols, Ed Shoemaker and Rodney Ward officiating. Burial will be at Rooling Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Wright’s Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Elam, 52, of Quitman, died Aug. 31, 2007 in Jackson.

Survivors include her husband, Henry Elam III, of Ridgeland, one son, Joseph M. Long, daughter, Angelia Herrington and husband Paul, parents, Marion Auzie and Ruby Yvonne Mazingo, all of Quitman, brothers, Bobby Mazingo, of Quitman and Vernon Mazingo and wife Betty, of Gautier, sister, Peggy McPhearson and husband John, of Enterprise, and grandchildren, Grace Herrington, Blake Herrington, and Cody Herrington, all of Quitman.



Betty Sanderford



Philadelphia — Services for Betty Sanderford will be held Monday, Sept. 3, at 2 p.m. at the McClain-Hays Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Craft officiating. Burial will be in McLain Chapel Cemetery in Neshoba County.

Mrs. Sanderford, 80, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007 at her residence in Philadelphia.
