— Hazel McFadden Phillips

GILBERTOWN, Ala. — Services for Hazel McFadden Phillips will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Gilbertown Cemetery.
Ms. Phillips, 89, of Gilbertown, died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007, at Washington County Nursing Home.
Survivors include a son, John M. “Boots” Phillips of Gilbertown; two granddaughters; and two great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sidney “Bud” Phillips; and a son, Thomas Phillips.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m., at the funeral home.
