PHILADELPHIA —

PHILADELPHIA, Miss. (AP) — A 22-year-old Philadelphia man is being without bond after being charged with manslaughter in the fatal shooting of another man last week at an apartment complex.

The Neshoba Democrat reports (http://bit.ly/1cX9Nfk ) that 28-year-old Samuel Grady was shot in the parking lot of Philadelphia Apartments. Authorities say Grady was taken by private vehicle to the hospital where he was pronounced dead about 10 p.m. Thursday.

Kelvin McDonald was also charged with shooting into a dwelling. A judge set the bond on the shooting into a dwelling charge at $10,000.

Police Investigator Fredesz Moore says the shooting remains under investigation.
