Massive explosion at fertilizer plant rocks Texas town

An explosion at a fertilizer plant in the town of West, Texas, on Wednesday night has flattened buildings and injured dozens, according to local officials.

The explosion was reported around 8 p.m. Wednesday in the small town north of Waco, and it appears to have been caught on camera. In the video below (originally posted by YouTube user zidyboby), a man films on his cell phone while a fire burns at the plant, and then a massive explosion consumes the structure.
