St. Martin man pleads guilty to sex crimes

PASCAGOULA, Miss. — A 50-year-old St. Martin man has pleaded guilty to six counts of sexual battery and three count of touching of a child for lustful purposes.

Assistant District Attorney Cherie Wade tells The Sun Herald ( ) Nathan Louis Lee committed the sexual abuse on a then 14-year-old girl at different times between August 2010 and June 2011.

On Monday, Circuit Judge Dale Harkey sentenced Lee to a total of 40 years on the sexual battery charge, with 25 years to serve day-for-day and the remaining 15 years under post-release supervision.

The judge sentenced Lee on the touching charges to a total of 15 years to run concurrently with the sentence on the sexual battery charges.
