Ballet Magnificat II! performs at MCC Thursday

MERIDIAN —     Meridian Community College’s Arts & Letters Series ushers in the new year with its next production, "New Vector to the Victor," performed by Ballet Magnificat II!.

    This contemporary spin on "High School Musical" will get under way at 7 p.m. on Thursday, in the College’s McCain Theater. Tickets are $10, adults; $5 for students. Leia Hill, Arts & Letters Series coordinator, is the contact for ticket information and her telephone number is (601) 484-8696.

    Suitable for audiences of all ages, this production features two dancers who are challenged to go against the tide of culture and make a difference in the world.
