Spring after school art sessions planned

MERIDIAN —     Meridian Museum of Art will start back its School of Art After School Sessions on Jan. 29. 

    The schedule is listed below. All classes will offer progressive, skill-based art lessons in a studio setting. Students will receive instruction one day a week at the museum from a highly qualified art instructor.

    Classes will be offered for four age groups and are limited to 10 students per class, with a minimum of six students. The 12-week session offers building skill levels in drawing, painting, and multi-media.

    The registration fee per year is $10 and each 12 week session cost is $150, for a total of $160, which includes all expenses for art materials used in class.

 

Spring Session 2013

Jan. 29-April 25

    • Tuesday: 4th-6th Grade, 4-5 p.m.

    • Wednesday: K-3rd Grade, 4-5 p.m.; 7th-12th Grade, 4-5:30 p.m.

    • Thursday: Ages 3-4, 1-2 p.m.; K-3rd Grade, 4-5 p.m.
