MERIDIAN —     Authorities locally and regionally are on the lookout for a woman who was reported missing Monday.

Capt. Dean Harper, commander of the Meridian Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division, said Tuesday authorities are urging the public to report if this woman has been seen lately and any other information to her whereabouts they may have.

Harper said the missing woman is 34-year-old Jamie M. Wilkes who is described as standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing about 105 lbs. Harper said Wilkes is said to have been wearing blue jean pants and a white tank top with red hearts. He said she was also wearing black and gray shoes and a black and white checkered coat.

Harper said Wilkes was last seen sometime Monday in the 900 block of 64th Avenue in Meridian.

Authorities ask if anyone knows where Wilkes is or has any sort of information pertaining to her disappearance to call Crime Stoppers at 601-485-1860.
