MERIDIAN — Above: Bright sun and warm temperatures didn’t keep sisters Audree and Kaylee Bozeman (left and center), along with their cousin Hailey Bozeman (right) from coming out and getting their faces decorated by “Face Painting with Pickles.”

Right: Jim and Jennie Byrd had a colorful booth set up filled with their one of a kind “Byrd Houses” - get it? Byrd Houses.

Bottom: State Senator Terry C. Burton (center) visits with Pat Gordon (left) and her brother-in-law Ray Gordon while taking in all the sights and sounds of a day with nearly 100 vendors. All providing everything from free Bibles to ice cream made with a tractor to the famous “Chicken On A Stick.” From the size of the crowds the day looked to be an outstanding success in beautiful downtown Union, Mississippi.

Be sure and check out the next issue of 393 magazine for many more photos from the event.
